Coming in 2013: LeanCor To Offer Online Training

...That's right, LeanCor is taking its training online! Due to the overwhelming success of our Lean Supply Chain program through the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute, LeanCor will launch a complete Lean Leadership course online beginning April 1, 2013.

The LeanCor Learning Philosophy:

Educate through instruction

Experience through application

Enlighten through leadership

Execute through action

Engage through interaction

We have created world-class online training that is:

Optimized to produce real results and a return on investment through process discipline and a focus on creating a lean culture by teaching others within the organization
Designed for all types of learners through the use of visual, audio, and interactive aids
Created to provide customers with a flexible, low-cost alternative to traditional training methods which can be expensive and difficult to fit into busy schedules
Equipped to provide learners with the tools and know-how to apply lean skills to improve processes and eliminate wastes throughout the entire value stream
Developed in order to pass the "So What?" test. Many times, after attending training sessions, employees return to their jobs with a conceptual idea of the information presented versus a deeper understanding of how to actually apply the knowledge. This course differs in that it will provide the learner with a plan of action, an actual road map to successful application of the skills learned throughout the course.
Structured to stimulate a classroom environment by including interactive simulations, video, class discussion, engaging lecture material, and instructor feedback

Stay tuned for more details!
